Video description: In this first installment of 5, the focus is calmness, breathing, self control and inspiration. Not much fighting or sparring but still martial arts all the way. Stay tuned, more to come… It starts with Anderson meditating. He likes to meditate isolated in nature, where he can let nature’s calmness take him over and give him focus. Then some footage of the spider donning his training gloves. The inspirational narration in his own voice starts in Portuguese with English subtitles. These are Anderson’s own words, spoken like a true Zen Master. There are some shots of him training in his own Spider Kick space with his trainer. Between now and a couple days before the fight, the UFC champ will workout, train and meditate for nearly 10 hours a day. He is also on a strict diet to meet and maintain his weight for the middleweight fight. We thank him for his insight and send good vibes his way for success in everything that he does. Our hearts are with you Anderson. More videos are coming soon, subscribe to Anderson Silva’s Spider Kick channel and be the first to see them.
